De Spathiphyllum Sweet Lauretta, beter bekend als de Lepelplant of Vredeslelie, is een charmante bloeiende kamerplant die bekend staat om zijn opvallende witte bloemen. Deze bloemen lijken op witte vlaggen, wat de bijnaam Vredeslelie verklaart en hebben de vorm van een lepel, wat de naam Lepelplant rechtvaardigt. Deze kamerplant komt oorspronkelijk uit de tropische regenwouden van Zuid-Amerika, waar hij in de schaduwrijke ondergroei groeit. Hierdoor is de Spathiphyllum Sweet Lauretta gewend aan minder direct zonlicht, wat hem ideaal maakt voor binnenshuis.
