Postage costs

• Orders over €85: Free shipping.

• Orders under €85: Shipping costs of €7.95.

Delivery times

Orders placed on working days before 4:00 PM are usually delivered within 3 working days.

Shipping process

1. Order processing: After receiving your order, we will immediately start processing it. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

2. Packaging: We carefully package your plants to ensure they arrive in optimum condition, using sustainable materials.

3. Shipping: Once your order is packed, we will hand it over to our logistics partner. You will receive an email with a Track & Trace code, so you can track the shipment.

4. Delivery: Our logistics partner will deliver your order to the address you specified. Are you not at home? Then the package will be delivered to your neighbors or offered again at a later time.
