De Pachira Aquatica (Geldboom) is een makkelijke, mooie kamerplant. Met zijn gevlochten stam is het een vrolijk miniboompje, waar je jarenlang van kunt genieten. Je herkent de Pachira Aquatica aan zijn glimmende, vijfdelige bladeren. In het Verre Oosten is de Pachira het middelpunt van een interessante mythe. Namelijk, dat deze plant geld aantrekt. Dit zou hij opvangen met zijn bladeren, die met een beetje fantasie op een soort groene handen lijken. Om deze reden wordt de kamerplant ook wel geldboom genoemd. Of dit nu wel of niet klopt, de Pachira Aquatica maakt je altijd rijker. Met zijn frisgroene bladeren en sierlijk gevlochten stam is deze kamerplant namelijk een echte verrijking van jouw interieur. Een andere bijnaam voor de Pachira is watercacao. Net zoals zijn tweede naam, Aquatica, verwijst deze bijnaam naar zijn voorliefde voor water. Veel water. De geldboom komt van oorsprong namelijk uit de moerrassen van Oost-Brazilië, Panama en Costa Rica. Geleverd samen met een Viber pot. De pot is gemaakt van bioplastic met olifantengras van Nederlandse bodem. De pot is biologisch afbreekbaar en natuurlijk gekleurd door krijt. Door de lichte natuurlijke kleur past deze pot in verschillende interieurs.
