  • De boom kan mooie, geurende citroenbloemen dragen die zich ontwikkelen tot heerlijke, gele citroenen.

Standplaats:

  • Plaats de Citroenboom op een zonnige plek, bij voorkeur met minimaal 6 uur direct zonlicht per dag.
  • Deze boom kan zowel binnen als buiten groeien, maar in koude klimaten is het beter om hem binnen te houden tijdens de wintermaanden.

Waterbehoefte:

  • Houd de grond gelijkmatig vochtig, maar vermijd dat de wortels in het water staan.
  • Water de boom regelmatig, meestal eens per week, maar pas de frequentie aan afhankelijk van de omgevingstemperatuur en luchtvochtigheid.
